I'd...Cool to see the old doorway rendered in paint. I'd be inclined to think the artist was being somewhat ironic in her choice of title. Maybe not.
Your article touched on some interesting ideas Jeremy. It's a good question to ask whether dealer galleries are freer and therefore more critical sites than catious publicly funded galleries.
I'm not sure that I agree that dealers galleries are without 'general public' or more outside art history tho. They're regularly referenced in art history volumes. Have been since the 60's, when commercial galleries began to proliferate in NZ galleries like Peter's and Barry Lett in Auckland...food for thought anyway.Paula Bookerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08635268197409304173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-641384893748895516.post-74691347049887328992009-05-08T11:29:00.000+12:002009-05-08T11:29:00.000+12:00i like the last thing you said about what you thou...i like the last thing you said about what you thought billy said, I agree it is simpleso you tell mehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11003204842020505433noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-641384893748895516.post-91442902061515595682009-04-29T22:01:00.000+12:002009-04-29T22:01:00.000+12:00I like your blog.I'm waiting for your new posts.I like your blog.I'm waiting for your new posts.dyannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02117124153484092545noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-641384893748895516.post-10965148100637860772009-04-07T21:56:00.000+12:002009-04-07T21:56:00.000+12:00great stuff!please let me know what you think of m...great stuff!
please let me know what you think of my artwork...
http://www.untumsmunudmum.blogspot.commmmmmmmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16265667840481924151noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-641384893748895516.post-74705382649207612212008-12-16T15:19:00.000+13:002008-12-16T15:19:00.000+13:00very impressivevery impressivedelsquaredhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03287159882518809852noreply@blogger.com
